Role of Client
E jj Olson & Associates believes that clients must be active participants in a collaborative effort with the consultants. By providing the programmatic/planning, and technical skills necessary to complete a project, the consultants use their organizational and leadership skills to focus a project’s discussion on the pertinent goals and objectives necessary to arrive at a competent product. We work closely with the client to define the tasks to be accomplished and include the client at critical decision points to review data and information generated through a variety of techniques. We make every effort to include clients and their constituents in all key decisions associated with any strategic planning process.
